Lucent doesn't build modems, they only build chipsets and sell them to modem manufacturers. Please indicate the computer brand and model that this device came pre-installed in. Also......
Open Device Manager, find and double-click the modem (it may be listed under "Other or Unknown Devices" if no driver has been installed), click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (1st./top line of text only).
