Hi, we purchased a Datacard solution a few years back and it came with the Preface software ID card package including a Datacard camera, the CS-100.
I think the camera may have been rebranded by them
Not sure, but model is 'CS-100' branded 'Datacard'.
Site says it included a Twain driver. Accessories listing didnt include having a 'driver cd'. Easy install instructions say plug in and load driver.
Is there maybe a bypass route with some generic twain driver I can use? Needs to work in Preface software. Last resort now is to try locate drivers on the card application disks. Use TWAIN link in Preface.
No driver for device in Device Manager.
Sorry for lengthy msg, getting desperate & am not wanting to leave anything out that may help helpers.
Help with this will greatly be appreciated,
Device Type: Digital Camera
Operating System: Windows XP Professional
Age of Device: < 2 years old
