Question USB drive!

I have a USB supported jump drive that loads when i plug it into my computer but doesn't let me use it. I run Win 2003 Server and its got alot of safety stuff on it I'm not use to. Anyone knows a way I can get this thing to work right?

yes I know your post is old but someone else maybe looking for the same answers. they e-mailed me a prog to help me out. so use the online chat support.
