DRIVER NEEDED: sakar international 24280 digital camera (Windows 7 x64) [USB]

I've had this camera for years but was never able to set it up,(kids!) I still have the PhotoTags and driver install disc.But I guess it's not compatable with Windows 7.Is there an updated driver or if you have a solution,I would really appreciate it.Thank-you.
