Default DriverGuide Toolkit

I downloaded and purchased DriverGuide Toolkit v1.1.
When I attempt to run it I receive the following error:
"Access violation at 0x77124CCC (tried to read from 0x647D3093), program terminated”
The program then closes.

I cannot find any help on the DriverGuide website.

Any ideas, or have I bought a dud?

Thanks for the suggestion, I already looked in the FAQs, but nothing there in relation to the problem I have. My OS is Windows XP.
