DRIVER NEEDED: medion wireless LAN card (Windows XP Home)

Hi - after having the mother board on my Medion MD 8383 XL replaced i have lost my wirless card - its still fitted and works ok with my bluetooth function but any access to wireless has gone -its not in devices or network conections even after my new ip's software scanned for all available connections it could not be found (by the way it connects directly to the motherboard) i cant find the company name that makes the board as it is sandwhiched between two panels at the front of the pc meaning that i would have to strip the pc down just to access it - it say's on the box that it is a Medion board - any help would be appreciated thnx stevie
