If this device came pre-installed in your computer at the time of purchase, you need to visit the website of the company who made your computer.... or include the computer/motherboard info and we'll attempt to help you. Otherwise, with the vague information posted, this is what I can do for you at this time:

And network controllers do not have IDE interfaces... most are either pci or pcmcia cards or external usb connected. And last there's "integrated on the motherboard" types of network controllers which usually consists of a chipset and number.
IDE devices are hard drives and optical drives (and some tape backup machines).
