There is no such sound chip as Intel 82801...but of course you would have known this had you taken the time to read the several identical STICKIES and numerous other identical requests in this forum. Your sound chip is an High Definition Audio Codec with a Conexant Cx20549 chipset. It's real simple to get a driver for this device, just open Device Manager, find and double-click the sound device, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN" or possibly "HD\Audio", (1st./top line of text only).
