Default Windows Seven, evolution of Vista or new concepts?

Much has been spoken on the Windows Seven. Some say it is only an advanced version of Vista with support for touch-screen. He is basically done to tap their fingers on the screen. Your launch is planned for the end of 2009. A computer with Windows desktop is really a heavy machine configurations with mild to run this system. And you? What do you think about the new Windows Seven?
