Re: KONICA MINOLTA magicolor 2400W Networking Problem
Thanks. I have been trying to get this connected on the network somehow. First I tried D-Link (big mistake for me, it disconnected my internet connections). Then I tried a Lyslink USB print server w/ four ethernet outlets (got the USB port to work, but could not print).
Today, I read your post and was able to get everything working. The Printer Supplies Status seems to be working as well on my host pc without having to unshare. I'm not sure how that was accomplished. Main pc is XP home and the laptop is XP Pro.
I first uninstalled the old 1.2.928.0 driver and then installed the lastest one 1.3.701.0.
Until now, I was using a A/B USB switch from Belkin which works fine, but just didn't want to continue using up two extra USB cables.
