Default BSOD Problems

Programming a Dell Latitude D620 Blue Screen Comes up with oxoooooo7E (oxcoooooo5, oxf748eobf, oxf78DA208, oxf78d9fo8)
PCI.sys Address F748EOEBF
Base at F7487000, Date stamp 3b7d855c

I have tried different hard drives and had turned off nearly everything that can be turned off still getting the above.

Inserting Windows XP disk on blank hard drive goes to dark blue screen asks me what drive , how to format... it goes through formating and usually before 30-40 percent it goes to BSOD

That usually means you could have bad/flakey ram. Do you have spare ones to insert or replace?
