Question Trouble with Windows 2000 SP4

Hi

i've have users on our network complaining that their Windows 98, ME OS machine are failing to print to my printer (on Windows 2000 SP4 machine). the funny thing is that it used too work fine, until about a month ago. i've tried reinstalling my windows 2000 then upgrading it too SP4. but it just gives the same error messege "access denied, you are not authorized to use this facility"
has anyone had this problem? i have even setup the share properties too full access to users and guests

idea Re: Trouble with Windows 2000 SP4

I have the same problem. (Win 2K server, Win XP Home client) - It appears to be a 'login' problem. If your client isn't logged into Win2k, you'll get that message. Workaround: On client, open 'network places' (in Explorer) & drill down to the 2K server. Access any visible drive (or shared folder - create one if necessary), Win 2k asks for username & password. Once entered correctly, client should be able to print ok. Client doesn't need to keep explorer window open, and login is good for the entire session. Beyond that, I can't help - still digging myself.
