I see what appears to be a motherboard description but I don't see a request, eg: what do you need?

The Mercury website has no such model listed. Please examine the board again and see if you can find a valid model number.

Did this mb come preinstalled in your pc at the time of purchase, eg: OEM? If yes, please name the pc brand and model.
