I am trying to use the scanning feature for the LaserJet3015. everytime I try to scann i get an error message saying that I don't have the waitwain.ds file so i downloaded it from Driver Guide. When I try to scan now get this message "there is no TWAIN-compliant device installed. Please install one and try again".
Not sure what to do. Some how it was removed from the Windows folder in the C Drive.
any suggestions/recommendations?
