Define "Displays". Are you referring to the monitor or the video/graphics adapter? Dell does not offer any Monitor drivers since this is a plug and play monitor. If you need video/graphics adapter driver, you're in the wrong forum.

For the DELL monitor of a laptop do you actually need no driver. Important is the graphics card driver! For this model I have the found here!
