Acer never shipped this system with Windows XP installed, hence it's an un-supported (by Acer) operating system.

Please open Device Manager, find and double-click the video adapter, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (1st./top line of text only).

Or you can search the Acer website for older models that might have the same hardware and support in Windows XP. Either way is not easy nor fast.

ID Strings usually begin with PCI\VEN....... If you're device is a ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics Adapter - Use file name: VGA_ATI_8.621_XPx86_A.zip
