I see what appears to be a laptop description but no request. eg: what do you need and what hardware device do you need it for?
Dell never shipped this laptop with Windows 7 installed. They support it only in Windows XP.

Open Device Manager, find and double-click the hardware device you need a driver for, click the Details tab, select "hardware id" and give me the hardware id string that begins with "PCI\VEN", (1st./top line of text only).
