please help me someone who has this driver

Unless I'm blind (or don't understand your request), Konica does post a Windows XP driver for this device:

As a matter of fact, there are 2 drivers posted for operation in Windows XP. A Version 1.2.7 and Version 1.79. Apparently, you were looking in all the wrong places. It's the very first link when using Google Search with keyword "konica 130f".
