Help with a USB driver for my Motorola SBV5220 VOIP cable modem

I've been trying to install the USB driver for my Motorola SBV 5220 VOIP cable modem. I downloaded the driver from here. I used update the driver and picked the .ins or whatever file that came up where i saved it. It seemed to finish. But i keep getting a limited no connectivity error. It seems to not be able to either get or authenticate my IP address.

I have the same device and I think I used the second one, there, and no problems.
