That's why we provide a message/comment box in our driver request form. When you don't specify, we have no way to know what you need other than guess. Acer didn't list a ethernet lan driver or make any mention that this particular system came with one. I have no way to determine what ethernet adapter Acer installed in this system. If you care to describe it, perhaps we can help.
