From what I gathered with Google searches, this chip is of the
Q965 Express family. Try this driver:

If it fails to work, please provide some additional information about the device, ie: did it come pre-installed in your pc at the time of purchase? If yes, then provide the pc brand and model.
I'm assuming that it's a PCI interface so we need to know if it's a retail product or OEM. If it did indeed come pre-installed in your pc, then you would best obtain drivers from the pc maker instead of from Intel.
