I could SWEAR that 12 years ago, my multiple install diskette set for the Xircom CEM-28 (ethernet+ Modem) included oeminfo.inf for Windows 3x.
Since INtel now archives the files, the set(s) they offer lists only Win95.
Did I fall off a horse and hit my head, and have lost all grey matter, was I dreaming this all up ? NO! I used my Thinkpad 360 (486cpu) with that card to get to Cserve, AOL on dial up and also to connect to other computers in the barn, etc. (yeah, the barn where I hit my head....) didn't that all happen ?
Sit here amid 8 state of the art laptops, and waste weeks with a Toshiba Satellite Pro w WFWG. Because I enjoy the old OS WHEN it is all fine tuned.
If anyone knows about Xircom and WFWG (not the included pocket driver) and if CEM-28 "performance series" (ps-cem28) was at one time supported, let me know. I may have it on a floppy somewhere, but what a waste of time looking on floppys if it was all only smoke and fog...
