when one send a job to print it shows on the status that its printing but nothing will come out

This receipt printer requires connection to a serial port (not parallel port). Try connecting it to the serial port and you will have better luck. Hopefully, you have not connected it to a parallel port as doing so may cause damage to the printer and well as the parallel port.

Getting a driver is quite complicated for this type of device. You have to go through Epson in order to get a driver.

Ok, not sure if you still neeed this driver, but since I was looking for it too and wasn't able to find it quickly, I decided to post it here to keep it handy. I hope it's useful for someone else.

NOTE: It's an .exe file, please scan it with a good, up-to date antivirus. It helped me, but please feel free to post any comments.
