DRIVER NEEDED: ASUS P2B Asus Motherboard (Windows XP Professional) [PCI / ISA]

Recently Installed WinXP Pro onto a Pentium 2 w/ ASUS P2B Mainboard.In Device manager I have Exclamation Marks next to Com Port 1 and Com Port 2. Where can I find the drivers to correct this issue so my Ethernet Card can be read? Would this keep my Ethernet connection from connecting? Help Plz !!Thanks a million !!

it could prevent the nic from working if they com ports are causing conflicts, ie: if the nic card is trying to use the same irq or i/o address as the com ports. Are your com ports disabled in bios setup? Just trying to understand why they are flagged as having a problem in Device Manager.

You must insure the nic is not conflicting with the com ports. If you need drivers please visit the manufacturers website.
