I installed a 512 MB memory in my PC. When I started it, the system says that I have 480 MB in memory + 32 MB in shared memory. When I see the conguration of my sistem in Windows XP it just display the 480 MB.

How can I evit the shared memory? How can the System Info in Windows display that my System has the 512 MB?

Some MB's with onboard sound and video use the memory in Ram stick to run that item ( ie. on board video). So, this is normal. And because of this windows will never show 512 just the 480 which is OK. Normal.tww
