I'm running windows XP
but i am unable to back up my quicken account to CD-RW.
I have a HP re-writer running easy cd cre?????????

Perhaps stating what version of Easy Cd Creator your using would be a start in getting some help. Versions prior to 5 will not work in Windows XP. Also explain how exactly your trying to backup your quicken account would be helpful in determining a solution. To my knowledge, any file that exists on your hard drive (with exception to files currently in use) can be written to a cd writable disk using compatible recording software.

This is sorta like me saying my car won't run, it's full of gas..... :sleep:
