I recently downloaded motorola surfboard 4200 drivers under modem downloads......It is giving me unknown errors....how do I completely delete my drivers for so it doesnt screw up my boot process??? I used its remove program then sent all motorola files to the trash. what else do I have to do ?

If you used the remove program, there should be nothing left to send to the trash. I hope you didn't delete the files using Windows Explorer... if so then you have the difficult task of manually deleting registry entries and other files that may be left scattered in your Windows folder.
Please give us something to work with by explaining how you used the remove program then had any files left to send to the trash. eg: the remove program should have REMOVED those files. :yawn:
