Hi,
I'm having a nightmare install an internal modem in my PC running XP SP1.
Everytime I load the drivers supplied from new, via the add hardware wizard. The system freezes, and I have to hard re-boot. I have tried removing the modem through device manager and starting from scratch, I've also tried disabling com 1 & 2 in the bios but it still the same.
Do I have a resources conflict, and if so how do I tell, and rectify it?
