Hi, I've got a PC 100 Systemboard m747. I recently installed Windows XP and the only thing that isn't working is my USB ports. I believe these are on an ATX Form Card Connector (containing 2 sets of USB ports, PS/2 Mouse and Infrared Connectors).
When I go into "Device Manager" in "My Computer" I can see a collapsed option "Universal Serial Bus Controllers". When I expand this it has two options "SiS 7001 PCI to USB Open Host Controller" and "USB Root Hub". I'm assuming this means the card has installed properly.
However, when I plug a USB device into this port (like a USB Flash Drive) it does not recognise any hardware has been added to the machine.
Do I need to install another driver?
I'd appreciate any feedback you may have. Could you please email me at kirsten_96@hotmail.com.
Regards
