I have a cd-rom that is unidentifiable .. The computer is a tyan/pentium 200 super7 i think... The cdrom has no information on it ... The only thing it has is a mdel number,(NO FCCID), and it says "44x max" in blue print... and i need to know if any driver will work ?

Assuming you're using Windows os 95 thru XP...Windows doesn't care what model it is. The Windows os provides native support for all ide/scsi drives regardless of who made it or what model it is.
Please read some of the requests/comments in our DRIVER REQUEST FORUM, CD-ROM section. And the next time you ask for help be sure to include basic information, eg: os used, interface drive uses, etc. :)
