I have an antiquated Gateway P5-100 and somehow the display drivers got messed up and my colors are screwed up. When I go into the display properties and go to change my color palatte or my desktop area and I can't. There are no options for my color palette, the only choice I have is 16 color. Due to this problem some of my programs don't work or work poorly. I'm running win95 and am having real trouble finding the display drivers needed. I think, if the system isn't lying to me, that I have a S3 Trio32/64 PCI display adapter. My monitor is a
CrystalScan 1572DG. Again, I don't know if the system is telling the truth. Is there anyone who can help me to resolve this problem. I don't know if it is related to this problem or not but if I let the computer sit for a while it will freeze and the NUM, CAPS, and SCROLL Lock lights flash. Thats how I know the system is froze. Please help if you can.

This post is 2 weeks old, so don't know if you got it resolved or not. If not, how much memory does your system have? You may need to do a good system cleanout (to free up resources) and run defrag, then go to the Dell website to see if you can get a new driver from them. If not, you can check http://www.driverguide.com and see if you can get it there.
