I've downloaded a V90 K56Flex HSP PCI Modem driver driver that is suitable for Win XP. I've had a look in the folder and the only *.exe file is for uninstalling the driver. Help?!

Not all modems are installed using an exe file. Many modems are installed by adding hardware, selecting HAVE DISK, then pointing to the folder which contains the modem (xxx.INF) files. :)

I've found a good driver for my modem and also the manual in .pdf format at the site:
http://www.allieddata.com/asp/support_product.asp?menu=support

I hope it will help you too.

Good luck!

FAILURE to state WHICH version and build of linuk.

Failure to READ INCLUDED DIRECTIONS that cam with linux

Failure to actually determine WHICH modem maker or modem chipset you have

Failure to READ this sites directions

Failure to READ modem FAQ link on this site.

Failure to understand that this is "NOT" a gimmie driver site and thinking Email me drivers request will work

YOU WANT DRIVERS????....then you start learning how to do the basics, namely READING BEFORE POSTING!!!!!
