My son gave me a Epox-7kxa motherboard with an Athlon 850 processor and 256 megs of ram. He gave it to me because it would not accept Win XP. I thought he may have had a bad hard drive, but when I put a new one in, sure enough, after it loaded drivers in, it would go no farther then the Setup is installing windows screen. Any ideas?

Have you checked to see if the hardware is compatible with the operating system requirements? Perhaps a bios update would help.
