I have a lot experience in programming, but I decided to start writing device drivers, can someone help me to start :confused:
Can someone give me a link to tutorial, e-book or anything I could start with?

there is no direct answer to this quesition, but you can check walter oney site and his publishings
also, check microsoft press.
after you gain some knowledge about the driver you are so welcomed in any quesition.

The Microsoft Driver Development Kit (DDK) is sometimes available as a free download from their website - have a look in the developers section. Hope you're up for a challenge - it's a steep learning curve! Have a look at http://www.logix4u.net - there's quite a bit if info there.
