Hello people. I recently was forced to format my hard drive and reinstall windows. After I reinstalled 98SE I noticed that I could only view 16 colors. Thinking that maybe if I upgrade I will be able to get my colors back. So after I upgraded to ME I noticed its still the same. Can anyone help me?
