I have CD NEC 251 4x4 multiSpin. It's OK with Windows98, nut I can use it with Windows 2K. I cannot download driver in any website. Please help me.

I have LCD Sharp LQ12S31C, it uses signal and power in PCI VGA card, but i cannot use it in other PC. Please help me.
