I am ABSOLUTELY dumb when it comes to computers.We have a webtv but my daughter was given this computer for the purpose of making spread sheets.
Is that possible? A spread sheet with about 6-7 columns and the capability of naming the columns (name,address,phone,etc.)

Also,what is a cheap printer that would be compatible?

We dont have internet access to it.Daughter says we dont need it for spread sheets....is she right?

Do we need special programming? Were hoping to have to put no money into it...if possible.
It appears to work fine.

I would appreciate it if someone could patiently walk me thru this spread sheet process.

Microsofts Excel program is all your daughter needs to create spread sheets. Microsoft's website and the program itself has all the info you need to get started. Or you can do an internet search and find others if Excel doesn't suit you.

Any printer that's compatible with your os is compatible with a spread sheet program.

Daughter is correct. no internet access is needed but it's very useful.

No programming is necessary or programming experience.
