I have an internal Phillips CDD4801. I recently upgraded to W2K Pro. Now the sound is choppy and skips when I play a CD. It will read a CD and the other DVD drive works fine (sound and picture) so I don't think it's the speakers. I have gone through all the suggestions from W2K Pro built-in help and the Microsoft website.

Any troubleshooting ideas?
