can someone tell me, why my windows me showing that message?
this message usually shown on star up and after i click ok my windows me stop. not hang just stop on the star up and only showing the wallpaper.
and after i press ctrl+alt+del there just any cmdinit and when i end task it noting happen and i cannot enter the windows.
so please help me if you know some thing about it

I suggest you check it with an utility such as memtest86 , which you may find on many websites, or included on Ultimate Boot CD (http://www.ultimatebootcd.com) for example, then depending on the result of the test, we will see what should be done and what we can do :)
