I aquired an older computer that had no OS on it...have a boot disk and formatted the hard drive. When I go to put inthe driver disk, it tells me to enter command interpreter...any suggestions on what I should do? I was trying to put 95 as the OS, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Which "driver disk" are you talking about ?
You first need to install an OS on the hard drive, before installing any driver designed for this OS.
The command interpreter should be a Command.com file (if running MS-DOS or IBM PC DOS) from your boot disk.

FIRST, get MS-DOS 5.0 or later, then install it, then install windows. it should fix your problem.

False information.... Windows 95 and higher do not require DOS to be installed first.
