Hey, Everyone. I downloaded the driver for the Alaris e-snap digital camera, but can't get it to work. I can't find the camera itself on my computer for one thing... even tho I had it go to my desktop ALSO! I have 23 pictures in the camera but cant find it to download them! It did open in my messengers, but now it won't. I have tried everything I know. Any suggestions? I had the diskette for it, but misplaced it... :(

which kind of windows are u using and on which port is the cam???
if u have win xp and the cam is usb, then win xp configures itself. but is thecam not recognized or is on e.g. com 1 or 2 thn u need to reinstall the driver, but read GOOD and SLOW, so you won't miss a clue..... that's the most common in humans.......... click click click...... ready..... no reading..... :(

So, try again to reinstall or look in the manual from it how to run....... bye........ ;)

any idea how to get rid of the pictures off the camera when you do get then downloaded mine wont erase

(quote) that is pretty common. try accessing your photos through a photo managing/editing program.you can also try the download again, but try saving the file to a "new folder" on your desktop.also, look in C:/Windows/temp. ....it has been my experience that downloads "disappear" this is where they end up.
