Dear forum members,

I am a Premium Plus member since Feb 09. I gave my XP desktop away and I now have a Vista 32-bit Home Premium laptop. I downloaded the dgt2.exe software and installed it, but immediately upon turning it on, it closed on me with a warning from Microsoft (non-descriptive- just says it closed the program). I installed and ran it as an administrator a few times (uninstalling in between!). I also downloaded the scan software and that acted the same way. :hdspin:

I need to download a version that works and then reinstall my registration info in order to run it fully. Can you assist me in any way? Can you forward this to someone who can? I appreciate all your efforts. :hail:

Thanks!!!

Dear Grateful....

Has anyone on this site ever answered you? It looks like you're still waiting for a response.

I just tonight downloaded this program. It won't scan my HD for installed drivers! It's supposed to do the scan automatically when you open the program, but it just sits there.

I'm running Vista 64-bit. The program keeps returning the same error message and refuses to do the driver scan. Also, the program sometimes stops running and closes by itself.

Please let me know if anyone here was able to help you. I'm starting to think that I just got robbed by these people.

Please let me hear from you,

BILL
