A couple of months ago I used a trial software of Kaspersky 2k9 version, but when the period of trial version expired I used the uninstall option of this antivirus, but when finished of uninstall it I reviewed the registry and found som files that can't remove, I tried som registry cleaners but can't remove files yet.

Somebody can tell me how remove this Kaspersky files?:)

These files that can't be removed.... are they in folders or are they actually registry keys or key values present in the registry?

There's software that will remove stubborn files but I can't remember what it's name is. I will do some searching and see if I can find it.

Meanwhile, you might try booting into safe mode by tapping the F8 key during bootup. When the boot menu appears choose the top one, ie: Safe Mode only. You can then delete those stubborn files manually.

Actually they are key values present in the registry, I tried to remove from safe mode with network connection. I shall try with your suggestion
