"PCI Soft Modem" is not a modem model number... it's only a term that means it fits a pci slot and is a softmodem. That description can apply to hundreds of modems.

HP posts drivers according to the machine. If you know what machine it came installed in, you might be able to find a driver however, please note... HP and most other companies stopped ALL support for OS's Windows 9x and Windows ME back in July 07. You won't find any Windows 98 drivers posted on HP's website. If you can describe the modem and what chipset it has, we might be able to help.
