How do you install windows ME over XP Pro? I am switching computers and the one that had XP Pro is getting moved to another computer and I need to change it from XP Pro to WinME to keep it legal liscencing wise. When I try to install Me it says it cannot run a 16 bit operation and closes out. I tried booting to the ME CD, but it won't let me.

You cannot install ME over XP. If your XP drive has NTFS partititon, you will need to reformat using FAT in order to install Windows ME.
