multimedia can belong to just about any device. sound,video or other hardware. you need to determine which device is missing drivers. we can not see your system/hardware. only you can.

is your keyboard usb or PS2 connection? if PS@, replace keyboard with another make. if usb, is Legacy usb enabled in the bios? and is the keyboard connected to the system and not a usb hub?
