i am using 'Website Block' to block websites in IE only, one problem is that whenever it blocks any website it either shows 'blank page' or this picture (http://www.filesland.com/images/blocked.gif) (http://www.filesland.com/images/blocked.gif) no other options.

I don't exactly understand what you're problem is. What's wrong with the picture that the link shows? My question is why do you want to change the default link or photo?

Does the application have a settings option that can change or modify the default settings? I suspect it would need that in order to modify the link or photo you see. It's also possible that a script can be installed to redirect the default link.
