I don't have a clue what revision number the original BIOS file would be since Machspeed doesn't have any bios updates listed for this board so I assume this means this board only has the bios that came in it from the factory. All I know about the bios chip is that it's a 4 Mbit Flash EEPROM with AwardBIOS.

You will probably need to contact Machspeed tech support to see if they will send you a bios file for this mb. or if your bios chip looks like the photo below, you can order a replacement bios chip from Machspeed: (note: this motherboard carries a lifetime warranty from Machspeed so it necessary, use the warranty and get a new replacement).
I was unable to find the bios on the manufacturers website nor anywhere else on the net.

A small extraction tool is necessary to change this type of bios chips. It normally costs less than $10.00

Thanks for your help. I will contact maker of the motherboard. For the original Bios file. PS I have had friends that went to this website www.bioschip.com for replacement bios chips. And they have had good results. What do think about that website. Thanks DJ Suns.

Yes, I've also used them in the past but I quit when they started charging excessive prices for something that didn't cost them a quarter. They charged me $78.00 for the last custom bios I got from them about 2 years ago. Your transaction may differ.
