State what pc brand and model it came installed in or if it came in a retail motherboard, the brand and model of the MB?

There are only a few sound chip makers in the world amongst them are Realtek, Cmedia, Via, ADI SoundMax, and Sigmatel.
It would help with finding a driver is you stated what the actual sound chip number is.
