The diver I need is called "usb ms/sd carddr." If anyone out there has it, I would be very greatful is obtaining this. I have searched for 3 days to find it without any luck.

all I know right now is that it is listed:
optical card mouse reader for ms+sd
it has a S/N number of 0004637.
